The bank was established on February 23, 2000, at Saibaba Janmsthan, Pathri. It operates a Head Office and four branches across the Parbhani district. To ensure robust security and scalability, our core operations are hosted on AWS Cloud infrastructure.

The first branch of the bank was opened on 23 Feb 2000 at Pathri,Second branch on 1st January 2013 at Selu, Third branch on 28 October 2014 at Parbhani and Fourth branch on 25 August 2016 at Gangakhed.
